Is a prior prescription required?
No. Once you complete the medical intake form, one of our licensed medical providers will determine if you qualify for the medication and will issue the prescription.
Is there a guarantee that my case will be approved?
Each case is different and depends on the information provided, the legal requirements of the state where the medication is shipped, and the individual evaluation by the reviewing licensed medical provider.
How quickly will the licensed medical provider review my information?
Our licensed medical providers may take up to 48 hours to review and/or approve a prescription.
Can I use the pharmacy of my choice?
For now, your medication will be prepared and shipped by the pharmacy associated with SRx (Pharmacy HUB).
How long is the prescription valid, and what is the refill process?
The prescription is valid for one year. You will receive automatic deliveries while the prescription is valid, if you haven’t canceled it before.
What if the medication doesn’t work as expected?

Can I contact my licensed medical provider on weekends?
Yes. The licensed medical provider network is available 24/7.

What should I do if I experience a reaction?
In a medical emergency, call 911 immediately. If you believe the emergency is related to the treatment, stop using the medication and contact your licensed provider as soon as possible. To reach them, click here.
Do the licensed medical providers replace my primary care doctor?
No. The licensed medical providers associated with SRx complement your existing care and do not replace your primary doctor or any specialist treating you. It’s important to keep all your healthcare providers informed and up to date about your health

Once your licensed medical provider prescribes the medication, you’ll receive an email with detailed information about your treatment plan and everything you need to learn about it.

What happens when my prescription expires?
Once your prescription expires, your treatment ends. At that point, you’ll need to complete the medical intake form again to update your health information and request a new prescription, if you wish to.
