What types of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, as well as Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay. Choose the method that works best for you.
Will my card be charged if the doctor doesn’t approve the medication?
If your healthcare provider does not authorize the medication, the only charge will be for the medical consultation.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your first order is charged as soon as your licensed provider approves the medication. For refills, you’ll be charged when the new order is processed.
Why are refills cheaper than the initial order?
Because your first order includes a medical consultation to generate your prescription, once your licensed provider authorizes it, you won’t be charged again for consultations during the validity of that prescription.
