When will my order ship?

Orders are shipped as soon as the licensed medical provider approves them. All approved orders before 3 p.m. ET will be packed and shipped on the same day. Medications approved after 3 p.m. will be shipped the next business day.

How fast is delivery?

Once the order is packed and picked up by the carrier (FedEx/UPS), delivery takes two business days.

How can I track my package?

Does the pharmacy ship outside the United States?

Currently, the pharmacy partnered with SRX ships medications to all 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. Please note that shipments are not made to Puerto Rico.

What if I don’t receive my order?

If you don’t receive your order, contact us right away at [email protected] or call 1-855-7-RECETA, Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to midnight, and weekends from 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. ET.

What if my product arrives damaged?

Can I change the shipping address for a newly placed order?

Does the pharmacy deliver to P.O. Boxes?

No, currently, the pharmacy partnered with SRx only delivers to your home address or another residential or commercial address you specify.

What kind of packaging will my order arrive in?

All orders are shipped in discreet packaging, with no labels or branding indicating the contents or sender, for your convenience and privacy.

Why hasn’t my order been processed yet?

If you haven’t received processing info, check your email for a message from your assigned licensed medical provider — you might need to provide additional information to complete your prescription.
